schedules set forth in Section 236 of this article, provided, however,
that service prior to June 1, [1963] 1968, shall be taken into con-
sideration in determining the salary payable to such supervisor of
assessments.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to legalize the 1968 Edition of the Baltimore County Code
as published by the Michie City Publication Company, Incorpora-
ted, and approved by R. Bruce Alderman, Baltimore County
Solicitor, and to make the same evidence of the Charter, rules,
regulations, resolutions and ordinances purporting to be contained
therein.
Whereas, by Chapter 266 of the Acts of 1959, the General Assem-
bly legalized and made evidence of the law the 1958 Edition of the
Baltimore County Code; and
Whereas, the 1968 Edition of the Code has been compiled and
edited by R. Bruce Alderman, County Solicitor, and Phillip P.
Bennett, Assistant County Solicitor, and is to be published by the
Michie City Publication Company, Incorporated; now, therefore,
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1968 Edition of the Baltimore County Code, completed and
edited by R. Bruce Alderman, County Solicitor, and Phillip P.
Bennett, Assistant County Solicitor, and published by the Michie City
Publication Company, Incorporated, be and the same is hereby
legalized and shall be deemed and taken in all the courts of this State
and by all public officials to be evidence of the Charter, public local
laws, rules, regulations, resolutions and ordinances of Baltimore
County purporting to be contained therein.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.
