with or without glasses OR CONTACT LENSES, license shall bear
this additional restriction: "daylight driving only.

License cannot be issued to persons with vision in one eye only
unless such condition has existed for a period of not less than [one
year] 90 days prior to date of application.

Failure to meet the above requirements precludes the issuance of
any driving license.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 40(j)(2)
of Article 10 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition
and 1967 Supplement), title "Attorneys At Law and Attorneys In
Fact," subtitle "State's Attorney," increasing the State's Attor-
ney's allowance in Dorchester County for clerical and secretarial
services.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 40(j) (2) of Article 10 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition and 1967 Supplement), title "Attorneys At Law
and Attorneys In Fact," subtitle "State's Attorney," be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

40.

(j)(2) The State's Attorney's allowance for clerical expenses
[is two thousand dollars ($2,000); and his allowance for] and secre-
tarial services is [twelve hundred dollars ($1,200).] four thousand
four hundred dollars ($4,400.00).

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 41 (b-2)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Supple-
ment), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "General Provisions
on Issue of Licenses," amending the alcoholic beverage laws of
Baltimore City concerning the issue of certain Class B licenses to
