CHAPTER 321

AN ACT to add a new Section 251A(m) to Article 27 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland, (1967 Replacement Volume), title
"Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "Gaming," amending the laws
concerning the playing and operating of certain bingo games in
Worcester County in order to make this law applicable in the Third
Election District of Worcester County and to clarify its applica-
tion in certain other election districts.
Whereas, Section 251A of Article 27 in the Code concerning games
of bingo in Worcester County was enacted by Chapter 266 of the

able to add a new subsection to this law in order to state the fact
that it applies in the Fifth and Tenth Election Districts and, at the
same time, to insert a provision making this law applicable in another
of the election districts of Worcester County; now, therefore,
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 251A (m) be and it is hereby added to Article 27
of the Annotated Code of Maryland, (1967 Replacement Volume),
title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "Gaming," to read as fol-
lows:

Districts of Worcester County.
