(House Bill 825)
AN ACT to add new Section 268A to Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Licenses,"
subtitle "Home-Improvement Law," to follow immediately after
Section 268 thereof, and to add new Section 109 (37b) to Article 26
of said Code (1966 Replacement Volume) title "Courts," subtitle
"Municipal Court of Baltimore City to follow immediately after
Section 109 (37a) thereof, to give the Municipal Court of Balti-
more City jurisdiction over violations of the Home-Improvement
Law.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 268A be and it is hereby added to Article 56 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title
"Licenses," subtitle "Home-Improvement Law," to follow immedi-
ately after Section 268 thereof, and that new Section 109 (37b) be and
it is hereby added to Article 26 of said Code (1966 Replacement
Volume) title "Courts," subtitle "Municipal Court of Baltimore
City," to follow immediately after Section 109(37a) thereof, and
all to read as follows:
268 A.
The Municipal Court of Baltimore City shall have concurrent juris-
diction with the Criminal Court of Baltimore City to try persons
charged with offenses under this subtitle.

(37b) Home-Improvement Law violations.
