the services and direct payment to the organization or person who
rendered them upon the filing of a claim for compensation supported
by an affidavit specifying the time expended, services rendered, and
expenses incurred on behalf of the defendant and the compensation
received in the same case or for the same services from any other
source. The compensation to be paid to a person for such service
rendered by him to a defendant under this section, or to be paid to
an organization for such services rendered by an employee thereof,
shall not exceed $250, exclusive of reimbursement for minor ex-
penses reasonably incurred.
12C. Receipt of Other Payments.
Whenever the Court finds that funds are available for payment
from or on behalf of a defendant, the Court may authorize or
direct that such funds be paid to the appointed attorney, to any
person or organization authorized pursuant to Section 12B, or to the
Board of County Commissioners as a reimbursement to the appro-
priation to carry out the provisions of this Act.
12D. Administration.
The administration of this Act, other than as provided for in
Section 12A of this Act, shall be carried out by the Court Adminis-
trator, whose duties and responsibilities under this Act shall be as
prescribed from time to time by the Judges of the Circuit Court for
Prince George's County.
12E.
The Board of County Commissioners of Prince George's County
are authorized to levy, and shall levy and pay for the compensation
and services as are authorized by this Act and within the limits as
set forth.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

(House Bill 782)
AN ACT to add new Section 277(r) to Article 81 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume), title "Revenue
and Taxes," subtitle "Recordation tax," to follow immediately
after Section 277(q) thereof, to raise the recordation tax in
Prince George's County and to provide that the tax is to be paid
to and collected by the Treasurer of Prince George's County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 277(r) be and it is hereby added to Article 81 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume), title
"Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "Recordation Tax," to follow imme-
diately after Section 277(q) thereof, to read as follows:
