license is subject to suspension or revocation under the provisions
of this Article.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

CHAPTER 293
(House Bill 733)

AN ACT to add new Section 361A to Article 48A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Insurance
Code," subtitle "Nonprofit Health Service Plans," to follow im-
mediately after Section 361 thereof, authorizing the Insurance
Commissioner to institute delinquency proceedings under subtitle
10 of this Article.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 361A be and it is hereby added to Article 48A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title
"Insurance Code," subtitle "Nonprofit Health Service Plans," to fol-
low immediately after Section 361 thereof and to read as follows:

361 A.

The Commissioner shall have the power to commence delinquency
proceedings against any corporation operating under this subtitle
for any of the reasons set forth in Sections 136 and 137 of this
Article.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 153 of
Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement
Volume), title "Insurance Code," subtitle "Rehabilitation and
Liquidation," to authorize the Insurance Commissioner as stat-
utory receiver of an insolvent insurance company to deposit funds
of such insurer in savings associations under certain conditions.
