catalog and other publication
issued by him or it, whether such
report be in printed or other form, and also to file with the State
Library and with the Hall of Records at least one copy of such
report or other publication.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

CHAPTER 175
(House Bill 32)

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Section 708(w)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Re-
placement Volume), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Oysters
and Clams," to provide that oysters may be taken off leased
grounds throughout the year in all counties of the State.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 708 (w) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1967 Replacement Volume), be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted with amendments to read as follows:

708.

(w) The season for taking or catching oysters for sale from
leased areas of this State shall be between sunrise and sunset of
any day, except Sunday, [between the first day of October and the
first day of April, inclusive, next succeeding, except in St. Mary's,
Charles, Calvert, Anne Arundel, Talbot, Wicomico, Somerset, and
Worcester Counties, where oysters are permitted to be taken and
sold at any time] throughout the year; provided, however, that such
leased areas are marked as prescribed in Section 708 of this article.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

CHAPTER 176
(House Bill 38)

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Section 705A of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Oysters and
Clams," providing that an out-of-state oyster buyer must have
both an oyster buyer's license and a non-resident seafood buyer's
license, requiring proof of ownership of certain boats and vehicles
