AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 261 of
Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement
Volume and 1967 Supplement), title "Public Education," subtitle
"General Assembly Scholarship Awards," as amended by Chapter
469 of the 1967 Laws of Maryland, to add certain institutions to
the list of eligible institutions under this program.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 261 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1965 Replacement Volume and 1967 Supplement), title "Public
Education," subtitle "General Assembly Scholarship Awards," as
amended by Chapter 469 of the 1967 Laws of Maryland, be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as fol-
lows:

The eligible institutions under this program of scholarships are
as follows:

College of Notre Dame of Maryland

Hood College

Johns Hopkins University

Loyola College

The Maryland Institute

Mount Saint Agnes College

Mount Saint Mary's College

The Peabody Institute

St. John's College

St. Joseph's College

Washington College

Western Maryland College

Goucher College

University of Baltimore

Columbia Union College

Bowie State College

Coppin State College

Frostburg State College

Maryland State College

Morgan State College

St. Mary's College of Maryland

Salisbury State College

Towson State College

University of Maryland
