TIFICATE OF TITLE FOR ANY MOTOR VEHICLE ON SUN-
DAY.

(i) The State's Attorney of Baltimore County may petition the
Circuit Court to enjoin any violation of this section.

(j) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of
this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is sub-
ject to the following penalties. The first conviction is punished by
a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), a second con-
viction is punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars
($500.00), and for a third or subsequent conviction by a fine not
to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each employee caused,
directed, or authorized to work in violation of this section. Noth-
ing contained herein shall be construed to permit any fine upon
any employee or agent who has been caused or directed by his em-
ployer to violate the provisions of this section.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That if any part or parts of
of this Act are declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid or unconstitutional as applied to any subsection, such in-
validity or unconstitutionally shall not be construed to extend to
any other subsection, it being the legislative intent that the pro-
visions of this Act are severable.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

CHAPTER 687
(House Bill 545)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 40A-3
and 40A-6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County (1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement), being Article 17 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's
County," subtitle "Prince George's County Historical and Cultural
Trust," to constitute the Prince George's County Planning Board

as Trustees in lieu of Trustees selected by the Board of County

Commissioners; TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND
TERMS OF OFFICE FOR THE TRUSTEES OF THE PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL TRUST;
TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER OF
THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES AS A TRUSTEE; to require the
Director of the Trust to call a special meeting at the request of
three trustees instead of four; and to designate that four trustees
shall constitute a quorum.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 40A-3 and 40A-6 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Prince George's County (1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement) be-
ing Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
