any such questionnaire, or who shall wilfully fail to appear for per-
sonal interview before such judge or jury commissioner when duly
summoned so to do, shall be liable to punishment as for contempt of
court. Any person who shall make his personal appearance before
such judge or jury commissioner in response to such summons, shall
be allowed the same per diem and expenses for his attendance as are
allowed by law to duly selected jurors. It shall be the duty of the
jury judge or jury commissioner, not less than fifteen days before
the commencement of each term of the circuit court, in the presence
of such practicing members of the bar of such court shall think
proper to attend, notice of the time and place having been first given
to such bar through the crier of such court, to proceed to select a list
of two hundred ten persons or more if in the discretion of the jury
judge a greater number is deemed necessary, from the names of
persons answering questions as heretofore provided, who shall be
fairly and impartially selected therefrom by the jury judge, or the
jury commissioner with special reference to the intelligence, sobriety
and integrity of such persons and without the least reference to their
political opinions, to be known as the petit jury panel, and a panel
similarly selected to consist of the names of ninety-eight persons to
be known as the grand jury panel; provided, however, that no person
shall be selected and placed upon such panels as a juror who shall not
have arrived at the age if twenty-five years or who is over seventy
years of age, judges of the orphan's court, members of the general
assembly, coroners and constables during their continuance in office.
School teachers, physicians, pharmacists and ministers of the Gospel
shall, upon request, be exempt from attendance as jurors. The jury
judge shall certify that such lists of names have been duly selected
in conformity with and according to the spirit and intent of this
article, and such lists and certificates shall be filed with the clerk of
the circuit court and by him preserved as other proceedings of such
court are kept. No property qualification shall be required of any
juror drawn as herein provided.

7-73.

(a)    In the selection of a panel to consist of two hundred and ten
persons as provided for in the preceding section, and to be known as
the petit jury panel, the total of two hundred ten names shall be
selected from the seven delegate subdistricts of the county as fol-
lows: thirty names from each of such seven delegate subdistricts.

(b)    If as provided for in the preceding section, the jury judge
deems a greater number than two hundred and ten is necessary for
any term of court, the additional jurors shall be chosen from the
seven delegate subdistricts, as near as possible, in the same ratio as
this section provides for the first two hundred and ten.

7-74.

In the selection of a panel to consist of ninety-eight persons as
provided for in Section 7-72 of this Code and to be known as the grand
jury panel, the total of ninety-eight names shall be selected from the
seven delegate subdistricts of the county as follows: Fourteen names
from each of the seven delegate subdistricts.

When the list of names selected as directed in the preceding sec-
tions as the petit jury panel is made and certified as therein provided,
