DER THIS ACT SHALL BE PAID TO THE TREASURER OF
THE STATE UPON WARRANT OF THE COMPTROLLER, AND
SUCH PROCEEDS SHALL BE USED EXCLUSIVELY TO PAY
25% OF THE COST OF THE POTOMAC INTERCEPTOR SEWER,
RECOGNIZING THE FACT THAT 50% OF THAT COST WILL
BE BORNE BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PURSUANT
TO PL 90-84, AND RECOGNIZING THE FACT THAT THE
REMAINING 25% OF THAT COST WILL BE BORNE BY THE
WASHINGTON SUBURBAN SANITARY COMMISSION; AND
TO ASSIST THE COUNTIES, MUNICIPALITIES, ANY AGEN-
CIES THEREOF, OR ANY SPECIAL GOVERNMENTAL
AGENCY WHICH IS CHARGED WITH PROVIDING SANITARY
FACILITIES IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERAGE SYS-
TEM. SUCH CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS MUST MEET THE
SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE FEDERAL WATER
POLLUTION CONTROL ACT, AND MUST BE WITHIN THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTION 387(B) OF ARTICLE 43 OF THE
ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND, AS AMENDED FROM
TIME TO TIME.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

(House Bill 74)
AN ACT to add new Section 41(b-6) to Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1967 Supplement), title
"Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "General Provisions on Issue of
Licenses," to follow immediately after Section 41(b-5) thereof
to provide that in Dorchester County premises licensed under
certain alcoholic beverage licenses may be also licensed under a
Class A beer license.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 41(b-6) be and it is hereby added to Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1967 Sup-
plement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "General Provisions
on Issue of Licenses," to follow immediately after Section 41(b-5)
thereof and to read as follows:

(b-6) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section, in
Dorchester County an additional Class A beer license may be issued
for any premise licensed under a Class B beer license or Class D
beer license or beer, wine and liquor license.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.
