nuclear materials, or [devises] devices or equipment utilizing such
materials. Such regulations shall provide for amendment, suspension
or revocation of licenses.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

(Senate Bill 96)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 356 (i) of
Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement
Volume and 1967 Supplement), title "Corporations," subtitle "III.
Particular Classes of Corporations," subheading "Cooperative As-
sociations," amending the laws relating to cooperative associations
in order to correct erroneous wording therein.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 356(i) of Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1966 Replacement Volume and 1967 Supplement), title "Corpora-
tions," subtitle "III. Particular Classes of Corporations," subheading
"Cooperative Associations," be and it is hereby repealed and re-en-
acted, with amendments, to read as follows:
356.
(i) To issue to each patron a certificate or other evidence of such
patron's equity in any fund, capital investment or other assets of the
association. Such certificate or other evidence of such equity may
be transferred only to the association, or to such other purchaser as
may [by] be approved by the board of directors, upon such terms
and conditions as shall be provided in the bylaws and printed on
such certificate or other evidence of such equity.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 270(g)
and (y) of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964
Replacement Volume and 1967 Supplement), title "Licenses," sub-
title "General Contractors and Subcontractors," amending the pub-
lic licensing laws in the order to correct erroneous wording and
references therein.
