(d) Each registrant distributing or selling commercial fertilizer
to a non-registrant will:

Mail to the State Chemist within 5 days 10 DAYS (excluding legal
holidays and Sundays) after the last day of each calendar month a
statement showing, for that month, the following information: the
total amount (tons) of commercial fertilizer distributed by grades and
analyses and the counties to which distributed, and the form in
which the commercial fertilizer was shipped (bags, bulk, liquid, etc.) ;

Provided, that with respect to reporting by means other than

invoices or other record of the transaction, the name of the consignee
may be
omitted. This section shall not be construed to require the
disclosure of
THE NAME OF THE CONSIGNEE OR the sale price
of the commercial fertilizer or any aspect of the operations of any
person other than as specifically required herein; and when more
than one person is involved in the distribution of a commercial fertili-
zer, the last registrant who distributes to a non-registrant (dealer or
consumer) is responsible for reporting the tonnage, unless the report-
ing has been made by a prior distributor of the fertilizer.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to propose an amendment to Article IV of the Constitution
of Maryland, title "Judiciary Department," subtitle "Additional
Compensation of Judges of Supreme Bench of
Baltimore City,"
by repealing Section 33A thereof, to
repeal the authority granted
AN ACT TO PROPOSE AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 4 OF THE
CONSTITUTION OF MARYLAND, TITLE "JUDICIARY DE-
PARTMENT," BY AMENDING SECTION 31 AND REPEALING
SECTION 31A THEREOF, TO REMOVE OBSOLETE PROVI-
SIONS FROM SAID SECTION 31 AND TO ELIMINATE THE
AUTHORITY GRANTED to the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more to supplement salaries paid to judges of the Supreme Bench
of Baltimore City and submitting this amendment to the qualified
voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection,
SUBJECT TO A CERTAIN CONTINGENCY.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
(Three-fifths of all the Members elected to each of the two Houses
concurring), That Section 33A 31A of Article IV of the Constitution
of Maryland, title "Judiciary Department," subtitle "Additional Com-
pensation of Judges of Supreme Bench of Baltimore City," be and

it is hereby repealed.

MARYLAND, TITLE "JUDICIARY DEPARTMENT," BE AND IT
IS HEREBY REPEALED AND THAT SECTION 31 THEREOF
