(2) The obligation to submit annual reports under this section
shall continue until such time as the principal officers and steering
committee, if any, of any continuing committee shall notify in writ-
ing the officer with whom the committee's reports are filed that the
committee has been dissolved. At the time of giving such written
notice, a final report or statement of contributions and expenditures
shall be filed showing the disposition of all funds of the committee.
(d) All other committees shall file the report or statement of
contributions according to the times specified in subsection (a) of
this section. Such report or statement shall be filed with the board
of that county or Baltimore City in which the greatest number of its
members or contributors resident in the State may reside and in
addition, a duplicate copy shall be filed with the Secretary of State if
there are members or contributors residing in more than one county,
in Baltimore City and another county or in another state.
26-12. Form of report of expenditures and contributions.
The following is the form of the report or statement of expendi-
tures and contributions required by this subtitle to be filed:

(4) If any unpaid bills or deficits remain to be paid at the time
the report or statement in subsection (a) (3) above is filed, six months
after the election; and
(5) If any unpaid bills or deficits remain to be paid at the time
the report or statement in subsection (a) (3) (4) above is filed, one
year after the election.
(b) It is the responsibility of the candidate and treasurer, jointly,
if it is the statement of a candidate, or the chairman and treasurer,
jointly, of any committee, to file and they shall file such report or
statement in full and accurate detail.
(c)(1) The treasurer of any State or local central committee,
EXCLUDING A POLITICAL CLUB and of any political committee
which continues in existence from year to year, including political
clubs, shall file the report or statement of contributions and expendi-
tures as prescribed in Section 26-12 of this article with the Secretary
of State by no later than noon on the seventh day preceding and the
thirtieth day following any election. and no later than noon on July 1
of each year. Such report shall only be required of a committee for
any twelve month period during which the committee received con-
tributions totalling more than five hundred ($500.) dollars in excess
of dues regularly paid for membership.
