LIVESTOCK in Wicomico County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 9 (11H) be and it is hereby added to Article 81
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume and
1967 Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "What Shall
be Taxed and Where," to follow immediately after Section 9 (11G)
thereof, and to read as follows:
9 (11H).
For the purposes of county taxation in Wicomico County, the farm-
ing implements AND LIVESTOCK of any bona fide farmer as now
taxed shall be exempt in increasing amounts over a three year
period beginning July 1, 1968. The exemption in increasing amounts
shall be in equal ratios for each of the three years until at the
end of the three year period and thereafter these implements AND
LIVESTOCK shall be entirely exempt from assessment and taxation.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

ment), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Oysters and Clams,"
; AND TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 715 (A) OF SAID ARTICLE, TITLE AND SUB-
TITLE OF SAID CODE, to authorize and regulate the taking of
soft-shell clams by hydraulic dredges in Dorchester County, , AND
PROVISIONS FOR LOCAL REFERENDUM IN SAID COUNTY.

PEALED AND RE-ENACTED, WITH AMENDMENTS, to author-
ize and regulate the taking of soft-shell clams by hydraulic dredges
in Dorchester County. AND PROVISION FOR LOCAL REFER-
ENDUM, AND ALL TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
