AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 532
of the Charter and Public Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edi-
tion, being Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Baltimore City," subtitle "Police Department of Baltimore
City," as last amended by Chapter 203 of the Acts of 1966; to provide
that the Accident Investigation Division of the Baltimore City Police
Department shall furnish copies of reports relating to any accident
to all persons other than an agency of the State or any subdivision
thereof, upon payment of a fee, and setting the fee to be charged.
Shall the bill pass notwithstanding the objection of the Executive?

In accordance with Section 17 of Article II of the Maryland Con-
stitution, I have vetoed today House Bill 213 and am returning it to
you.
This bill would extend the provisions of the Maryland Automobile
Insurance Plan to include physical damage (collision and compre-
hensive) and medical payments insurance coverages.
