Senate Bill No. 7—By Senators Staten, Stone and Pine:

An Act to repeal Chapter 142 of the 1967 Laws of Maryland, which
relates generally to the methods of raising and distributing funds by the
State through taxation.

Senate Bill No. 8—By Senator Bertier:

An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 5(E) (6)
of Chapter 759 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1967; and to
repeal Section 5(E) (8) thereof; to change the amount of monies allocated
in the General Construction Loan of 1967 for the Severn Run State Park,
to change the number of acres of land authorized to be acquired with this
money and to repeal the allocation of funds for acquisition of land for
the South River State Park.

Senate Bill No. 9—By Senator Pine:

An Act to add new Section 7-104.1 to the Baltimore County Code,
1958 (being Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Baltimore County," subtitle "Title 7. Courts, Fines, Forfeitures
and Imprisonment," subheading "Article VIII, Housing Court," as added
by Chapter 255 of the Acts of 1966, to follow immediately after Section
7-104 thereof, to authorize the appointment of a substitute judge of the
Housing Court of Baltimore County, to fix the manner of his appoint-
ment, his term, powers and duties and his compensation.

Senate Bill No. 10—By Senator Dorf:

An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 12F and
49C of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement
Volume) as the said sections were added to said Article 81 by Chapter
142 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1967, relating
generally to a tax credit from real estate taxation for certain homeowners
by reason of age and income; clarifying certain language therein; and
enabling the subdivisions to promulgate certain rules and regulations in the
administration of said tax credit.

Senate Bill No. 11—By Senator Bertier:

An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 46C(c)
and (d) of Article 40 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replace-
ment Volume and 1966 Supplement), title "General Assembly," subtitle
"Subdistricts for the Senate," to change the eighth election ward in the
City of Annapolis from Senatorial subdistrict No. 6B to Senatorial district
No. 6C in Anne Arundel County.
