House Joint Resolution to rescind and withdraw the approval of the
General Assembly of Maryland previously given by Joint Resolution No. 1
of the 1965 General Assembly requesting the Congress to call a Convention
to propose an amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
Read the first time and referred to the Committee on Rules.
