Disposition of Unclaimed Property," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

All intangible personal property distributable in the course of a
voluntary dissolution of a business association, banking organiza-
tion, or financial organization organized under the laws of or created
in this State, that is unclaimed by the owner within fifteen years
after the date for final distribution is presumed abandoned.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

(Senate Bill 69)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 86 (b) of
Article 100 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement
Volume and 1966 Supplement) title "Work, Labor and Employ-
ment," subtitle "Wage and Hour Law," correcting an error in the
so-called Wage and Hour Law and in the portion thereof relating
to the hearings by committee and commissioner.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 86(b) of Article 100 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1964 Replacement Volume and 1966 Supplement), title "Work,
Labor and Employment" subtitle "Wage and Hour Law," be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows :

(b) Regulations or revisions issued by the Commissioner pursuant
to Section 85 [(b)] (a) shall be made only after a public hearing
by the Commissioner, subsequent to publication of notice of the
hearing at which any person may be heard. Such regulations, upon
the approval of the committee, shall, except as may otherwise be
provided by the Commissioner, take effect upon publication.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.
