should immediately contact an agent or broker for other insurance
or request insurance through the Maryland automobile insurance
plan. The plan affords eligible persons the right to obtain liability
insurance. In addition to contacting an insurance broker or agent
you may directly contact the office of the plan for an explanation."
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 120 (d)
of Article 48 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replace-
ment Volume and 1966 Supplement), title "Inspections," subtitle
"Maryland Commercial Feed Law of 1958," correcting an error in
the laws relating to the labeling of commercial feed and the infor-
mation required on such label.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 120 (d) of Article 48 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1965 Replacement Volume and 1966 Supplement), title "Inspec-
tions," subtitle "Maryland Commercial Feed Law of 1958," be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
120.
(d) If a commercial feed, customer-formula feed, or contract feed
contains a nonnutritive substance which is intended for the use in the
diagnosis, cure, mitigation, or prevention of a disease, or which is
intended to affect the structure or any function of the animal body,
the State Chemist may require the label [or] to show the amount
present, directions for use, and/or warnings against misuse of the
feed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.
