"Occupational Safety," to eliminate a reference to the Division of
Industrial Safety.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 47 of Article 89 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1964 Replacement Volume), title "Department of Labor and Indus-
try," subtitle "Occupational Safety," be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

47.

Every employer who under the provisions of Article 101 of this
Code is required to submit a report of an accident or injury to the
Workmen's Compensation Commission, and who may also be sub-
mitting a report thereof to the State Accident Fund, shall send a
copy of each such report to the Commissioner of Labor and Industry
[, for the use of the Division of Industrial Safety].

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

CHAPTER 361
(House Bill 1036)

AN ACT to add new Section 44A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Kent County (1959 Edition, being Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent County," to follow
immediately after Section 44 thereof, and to be under the new sub-
title "Boats," authorizing the County Commissioners of Kent
County to take and dispose of abandoned boats in said county.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 44A be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Kent County (1959 Edition, being Article 15 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent County,"
to follow immediately after Section 44 thereof, and to be under the
new subtitle "Boats," and to read as follows:

Boats
MA.

The County Commissioners of Kent County make take possession
of and sell or otherwise dispose of any boat or ship, apparently aban-
doned in the county. Prior to taking such action they shall notify the
owner if known, or if there is no known owner have a notice printed
in one newspaper in the county for three consecutive weeks.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.
