under the Constitution or public general laws of the State, except
that this power is not available to the County Commissioners of
Dorchester County. This subsection shall be applicable in Queen
Anne's County, and the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
County shall have the powers provided herein. [The provisions of
this subsection will not be applicable in Kent County.]

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

(House Bill 997)

AN ACT to add new Section 306A (e) to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Caroline County (1965 Edition, being Article 6 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland) title "Caroline County,"
subtitle "Plumbing," to follow immediately after Section 306A

(d)  thereof, as added by Chapter 694 of the Acts of 1966; to pro-
vide penalties for violations of any regulations adopted by the
Plumbing Board of Caroline County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 306A (e) be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Caroline County (1965 Edition; being Article
6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Caroline
County," subtitle "Plumbing," to follow immediately after Section
306A(d) thereof, as added by Chapter 694 of the Acts of 1966, and
to read as follows:

306A.

(e)    The violation of any regulation of the Board shall be a misde-
meanor, and upon conviction thereof be punishable by a fine not to
exceed fifty dollars ($50) for each day said offense shall continue.

Sec. 2, And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1967.
