authorized said municipality to submit an ordinance or ordinances
for said purposes to the legal voters of Baltimore City for their
approval or disapproval.
Whereas, Chapter 535 of the Laws of Maryland of 1959 author-
ized the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore (hereinafter sometimes
called "City") to borrow $3,000,000.00, and to use such funds for the
acquisition of land, or any interest therein, and for constructing,
erecting and equipping thereon such building, buildings, structure
or structures for a Central Health and Morgue Building in the City,
providing the same was first submitted to the legal voters of Balti-
more City for their approval or disapproval; and
Whereas, no ordinance authorizing the City to borrow the afore-
mentioned sum of $3,000,000.00 has been approved by the legal voters
of Baltimore City, and no bonds have been issued and sold for said
purposes; and
Whereas, it has been determined that it would not now be in the
best interest of the City to borrow the aforementioned sum of $3,000,-
000.00 for the specific purposes set forth in said Chapter 535; now,
therefore,
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Chapter 535 of the Laws of Maryland of 1959 be and the same
is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

AN ACT to add new Section 94(f) to Article 100 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1966 Supplement), title "Work, Labor and
Employment," subtitle "Maryland Wage Payment and Collection
Law," to follow immediately after Section 94(e) thereof, to author-
ize and empower the Commissioner of Labor and Industry to enter
into reciprocal agreements with other State Labor Departments
or similar authorities having wage collection jurisdiction.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 94(f) be and it is hereby added to Article 100 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Supplement), title "Work,
Labor and Employment," subtitle "Maryland Wage Payment and
Collection Law," to follow immediately after Section 94(e) thereof,
and to read as follows:

(f) The Commissioner of Labor and Industry is authorized and
empowered to enter into reciprocal agreements with the heads of
