hereto, the Commission is authorized to establish a panel of experts
to determine the fair market value of the claims presented. The
decision of said panel as to the fair market value of the claims shall
not exceed the sum so appropriated and shall be paid by the Com-
mission in full compensation, settlement, and satisfaction for any
and all such claims heretofore or hereafter made by any such claimant
against The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Com-
mission, Prince George's County, or any instrumentality, official, or
employee thereof. No claim of a horse owner paid by the Commission
shall be satisfied from any other source.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

CHAPTER 272
(House Bill 670)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 103(d)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Hours and Days For Sale,"
amending the laws concerning the locking up of certain alcoholic
beverages provided for sale of licensed premises which are licensed
for on and off sale of beer, wine and liquor, Class B.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 103 (d) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Hours and Days
for Sale," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted as
follows:

103.

(d) In Prince George's County the holder of a [Class B beer,
wine and liquor license shall keep all alcoholic beverages other than
beer and light wine securely closed and locked in a compartment,
compartments or enclosure between the hours of 12:15 A.M. on Sun-
day and 6:00 A.M. the following Monday, and] Class A (off-sale)
license who offers for sale in his licensed premises commodities other
than alcoholic beverages and is open on Sundays for the sale of such
commodities shall keep all alcoholic beverages upon the premises in
a separate beverage department securely closed and locked in a com-
partment, compartments or enclosure between the hours of 12:00
o'clock midnight on Saturday and 6:00 A.M. the following Monday,
subject to rules and regulations of the Board of License Com-
missioners not inconsistent with the provisions hereof. The provi-
sions of this subsection shall not apply to alcoholic beverages in
storage areas which are not open to the public.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.
