maintains at the time of the application for license a regular or
championship golf course of 9 holes or more, or, in lieu of said
golf course, a swimming pool at least 20 by 40 feet in size, and at
least six tennis courts.

Provided that any such club or organization [shall] may purchase
all liquor and spirituous beverages from the Harford County liquor
control board, and shall be charged therefor, the invoice price of
the liquor control board plus a sum not exceeding freight charges
thereon, and plus 20% of such aggregate invoice price and freight
charges from time to time but such club or organization may pur-
chase liquor and spirituous beverages from other licensed suppliers.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

CHAPTER 243
(House Bill 414)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 19(f-2)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition
and 1966 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle
"Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses," to provide for the issuance
of a special Sunday license to restaurants or hotels for an ad-
ditional fee of $250, to permit hotels and restaurants to sell beer,
wine and other alcoholic beverages at bars, to eliminate the re-
striction in restaurants that alcoholic beverages may be sold only
during or in connection with meals to patrons seated at tables,
to eliminate the prohibition against sale of such beverages at
dances, and to permit restaurants and hotels to purchase liquor
or spirituous beverages from licensed suppliers other than from
the Harford County Liquor Control Board.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 19(f-2) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition and 1966 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Bever-
ages," subtitle "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses," be and it is hereby,
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

19.

(f-2). (1) In Harford County the annual fee for such a license
shall be fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00) for a restaurant and
two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for a hotel; and a restaurant
or hotel as defined below shall be entitled to the issuance of special
Sunday license upon payment of an additional fee of $250.

(2) Such a license may be issued in the first, second, third, and
sixth election districts of Harford County to a bona fide hotel which
(i) is an establishment for the accommodation of the public, pro-
viding services ordinarily found in hotels, (ii) is equipped with no
fewer than 25 rooms, a lobby with a registration and mail desk and
