(ix) Misrepresentation of a material fact by an applicant in
obtaining a license;

(x) Wilful failure to notify the Department of any change of
control in ownership, management or business name or location, or of
appointment of salesmen as required by this subtitle;

(xi) Conducting a vehicle dealership in any name other than the
one which the dealer or salesman is licensed;

(xii) Advertising in any manner whatsoever that the dealer or
salesman is licensed under this subtitle;

(xiii) Wilful failure to comply with any lawful order, demand
or rule or regulation made by the Department under and within the
authority of this subtitle.

(5) Violation of any provisions of this section (1) shall subject
any violator to whom the licensing provisions of this subtitle apply to
the administrative sanctions of this subtitle; and (2) shall subject
any violator, whether or not required to be licensed by this subtitle,
to criminal prosecution as prescribed in this subtitle.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

(House Bill 273)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 441 to 449, inclusive, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Cecil County (1961 Edition, being Article 8
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Cecil
County," subtitle "Taxicabs," and repeal and re-enact with
amendments, Section 45 of Article 78 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition and 1966 Supplement), title "Public
Service Commission Law," subtitle "Public Service Companies,"
subheading "Carrier Companies," to repeal the regulatory powers
of the Cecil County Commissioners over taxicabs in that county
and all other provisions of that county's laws concerning the
operation of taxicabs in the county and granting to the Public
Service Commission regulatory powers over taxicabs operating in
Cecil County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 441 to 449, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Cecil County, (1961 Edition, being Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland), title "Cecil County," subtitle "Taxicabs,"
be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Section 45 of Article 78 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition and 1966 Supplement), title "Public Service Commission
Law," subtitle "Public Service Companies," subheading "Carrier
