NO SUCH EMPLOYEE SHALL
RECEIVE A SALARY IN-

Authorization is hereby granted
to use Special and Federal Funds
for this purpose in the amount
of $3,750,000 to be payable out
of revenues and grants which
are the source of funds for the
payment of budget appropria-
tions payable out of Special and
Federal Funds; this amount
being estimated and it being the
intent that the actual amount,
whether it be more or less, shall
be available in allocating by
budget amendment to the
various State agencies the
amounts necessary to supple-
ment the appropriations for
salaries in this budget.
