tures of the Board attested by affidavits of its Chairman and its
Secretary.

11.

An annual roster showing the names and places of business of all
[registered] professional engineers and all [registered] professional
land surveyors AND PROPERTY LINE SURVEYORS shall be kept
by the Secretary of the Board and a copy shall be sent free to each
registrant upon renewal.
Copies of this roster shall be placed on file
with the Secretary of State and furnished to the public [upon request]
at a reasonable cost to be established by the Board. Each registrant
shall advise the Board not later than June 30 of each year, on a form
provided by the Secretary of the Board, the name and place of business
of the registrant and other such data deemed pertinent by the Board.
The names of those registrants who do not pay the renewal fee prior
to [June 30] July 1 of each year shall not be included in the next
issue of the printed roster. [The printer roster shall be issued at
such intervals as the Board may designate.]

[12.

The following shall be considered as minimum evidence satisfac-
tory to the Board that the applicant is qualified for registration as
a professional engineer, or land surveyor, or for certification as an
engineer-in-training, respectively:

(1) As a professional engineer:

(a)    Graduation in an approved engineering curriculum of four
years or more from a school or college approved by the Board as
of satisfactory standing; and a specific record of an additional four
years or more of experience in engineering work of a character
satisfactory to the Board, and indicating that the applicant is com-
petent to practice engineering (in counting years of experience, the
Board at its discretion may give credit, not in excess of one year,
for satisfactory graduate study in engineering), provided that in
a case where the evidence presented in the application does not
appear to the Board conclusive nor warranting the issuing of a
certificate of registration, the applicant may be required to present
further evidence for the consideration of the Board, and may also be
required to pass an oral or written examination, or both, as the
Board may determine; or

(b)    A specific record of eight years or more of experience in
engineering work of a character satisfactory to the Board and in-
dicating that the applicant is competent to practice engineering; and
successfully passing a written, or written and oral, examination
designed to show knowledge and skill approximating that attained
through graduation in an approved four-year engineering curriculum;
or

(c)    A specific record of twelve years or more of lawful practice
in engineering work of a character satisfactory to the Board and
indicating that the applicant is competent to practice engineering
and provided applicant is not less than thirty-five years of age, and
provided further that in the case where the evidence presented in
the application does not appear to the Board conclusive, nor warrant-
ing the issuing of a certificate of registration, the applicant may be
required to present further evidence for the consideration of the
