(House Bill 729)

AN ACT to add new Sections 9(11E) and 9(40D) to Article 81
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, 1965 Replace-
ment Volume and 1966 Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes,"
subtitle "What Shall Be Taxed and Where," to follow immedi-
ately after Sections 9(11D) and 9(40C), respectively, thereof, to
provide that for purposes of county taxation in Cecil County,
farming implements and farm livestock shall be exempt from
assessment and taxation.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 9(11E) and 9(40D) be and they are hereby
added to Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edi-
tion, 1965 Replacement Volume and 1966 Supplement), title "Reve-
nue and Taxes," subtitle "What Shall Be Taxed and Where," to follow
immediately after Sections 9(11D) and 9(40C), respectively, thereof,
and all to read as follows:

(11E) For purposes of county taxation in Cecil County, farm-
ing implements.

(40D) For purposes of county taxation in Cecil County, all
farm livestock.

(House Bill 541)

AN ACT to add new Section 489 to Article 48A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and 1966 Supple-
ment), title "Insurance," subtitle "Miscellaneous," to follow im-
mediately after Section 488 thereof, to provide that licensed
chiropractic physicians shall be entitled to compensation for
services rendered to insured persons for the purposes of disability,
health and accident, sickness and other insurance policies.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 489 be and it is hereby added to Article 48A of the
