WITH APPLICABLE PROVISIONS AS SET FORTH IN CHAP-
TER 854 OF THE ACTS OF 1965.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

CHAPTER 668
(Senate Bill 238)

AN ACT to add new Section 5B to Article 21 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume), title "Conveyancing",
subtitle "Conveyances in General", to follow immediately after
Section 5A thereof, to require the inclusion in deeds presented for
recordation in Prince George's County of the election district of
the county in which the property subject to the deed is located.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 5B be and it is hereby added to Article 21 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume), title
"Conveyancing", subtitle "Conveyances in General", to follow imme-
diately after Section 5A thereof, and to read as follows:

5B.

Every deed presented for recordation in Prince George's County
from and after June 1, 1967 shall contain a reference to the election
district or districts of the county in which the property described in
the deed is located.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967. JANUARY 1, 1968.

CHAPTER 669
(Senate Bill 275)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3 (6) of
Article 73B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Supple-
ment), title "Pensions", subtitle "In General", and to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 110 (7) of Article 77 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume), title
"Public Education", subtitle "Teachers' Certificates, Salaries and
Pensions", subheading "Teachers' Retirement System", repealing
the requirement in the Employees' Retirement System and the
Teachers' Retirement System that the Boards for these systems
must give their approval for a returning member to be allowed to
redeposit into the system previously withdrawn contributions and
therefore get credit for his previous service.
