(d) (E) It is unlawful for any person to administer to himself
or take internally the drug or compound known generally as LSD,
unless under the direction and control of a medical LICENSED
physician.
(e) (F) The drug or compound herein referred to as "LSD" means
the drug or compound described as "d-Lysergic acid diethylamide"
or "7-methyl-indolo [4, 3-fg] quinoline - 9-carboxylic acid" and any
other similar or comparable drug or compound.
(f) (G) Any person violating any of the provisions of this section
is guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction of a violation of sub-
section (a) (B), subsection (b) (C), or subsection (c) (D), he is
subject to a fine not in excess of $500 or to imprisonment not in
excess of one year, or to both fine and imprisonment in the discre-
tion of the court. For a violation of the provisions of subsection (d)
(E) he is subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars
($100.00).
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

AN ACT to add new Sections 64A and 64B 64C to Article 78 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume), title
"Public Service Commission Law," to follow immediately after
Section 64 thereof and to be under the new subtitle "Conversion
of Existing Overhead Electric and Communication Facilities to
Underground Locations," providing generally for proceedings to
convert overhead electric and communication facilities to under-
ground locations, AND TO EXCLUDE BALTIMORE COUNTY
FROM THE EFFECT OF THIS ACT.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 64A and 64B 64C be and they are hereby added to
Article 78 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement
Volume), title "Public Service Commission Law," to follow imme-
diately after Section 64 thereof, and to be under the new subtitle
"Conversion of Existing Overhead Electric and Communication Facil-
ities to Underground Locations," all to read as follows:

64A.
(a) The General Assembly finds that in many areas of the State
landowners, cities, incorporated municipalities, counties, public agen-
cies and public utilities desire to convert existing overhead electric
and communication facilities to underground locations by means of
