CHAPTER 113
(House Bill 696)

AN ACT to legalize the 1967 pocket supplement to the 1963 Edition
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County, being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, published
under the direction of the Board of County Commissioners for
Prince George's County and making provision for the publication,
sale, and distribution of this pocket supplement.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1967 pocket supplement to the 1963 Edition of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Prince George's County, being Article 17 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, published under the
direction of the Board of County Commissioners for Prince George's
County is legalized. The pocket supplement shall contain all public
local laws relating to Prince George's County and enacted or amended
following the 1963 Session of the General Assembly and up to the
Regular Session of the General Assembly of 1967, and it shall contain
amendments to the charters of the several municipal corporations
within Prince George's County made following the publication of the
1963 Code and up to April 1, 1967. The pocket supplement shall be
deemed and taken in all the courts of the State by all justices of the
peace and trial magistrates of the State and of its several political
subdivisions to be evidence of the changes in the Public Local Laws
and municipal charters of Prince George's County from and after
the publication of the 1963 Code to April 1, 1967, in the case of
municipal charters and to June 1, 1967, in the case of Public Local
Laws.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the pocket supplement
herein legalized may be published at the discretion of the Board
of County Commissioners for Prince George's County. In such
event, the Board may make an appropriation to provide for the pub-
lication and it may provide for the sale and distribution of this pocket
supplement.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.
