Sec. 9. And be it further enacted, That the actual cash proceeds
derived from the sale of the bonds authorized to be issued under the
provisions of this Act not exceeding the par value thereof shall be
used exclusively for the following purposes, to wit:

(a)    So much thereof as may be necessary in addition to the
premiums realized from this sale, if any, for the cost of issuance
including the expenses of engraving, printing, advertising, attor-
ney's fees and all other incidental expenses connected therewith; and

(b)    The remainder of the proceeds shall be used to create and
establish a fund to be known as the Revolving Land Acquisition
Fund and such fund shall be used to pay any and all costs and
expenses which may be incurred in connection with acquiring land
which in the sound discretion of the County Commissioners for Prince
George's County shall be needed in future time for purposes of the
government of Prince George's County, be those purposes for the
government itself, public education, public hospital services, public
recreation facilities, or any other feasible public purpose.

Sec. 10. And be it further enacted, That:

(a)    The County Commissioners for Prince George's County are
hereby authorized and empowered to establish, maintain and operate
the aforementioned Revolving Land Acquisition Fund and to do any
and all things that may be necessary or desirable in connection
therewith.

(b)    In order to continue and maintain said fund in existence
over a protracted period of time, any and all costs and expenses
paid out of said fund for or in connection with land acquisition shall
be reimbursed or repaid to said fund at the direction and with the
approval of the County Commissioners for Prince George's County
out of any funds of the County that from time to time may be
legally used for or in connection with land acquisition but not
limited to money borrowed by the County pursuant to the provisions
of any act of the General Assembly of Maryland enacted during its
1967 Session or thereafter.

Sec. 11. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on the First day of June 1967.

CHAPTER 102
(House Bill 77)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 38 of
Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement
Volume and 1966 Cumulative Supplement), title "Justices of the
Peace," subtitle "Process and Practice," to grant the Judges of
the People's Court for Prince George's County the power and
authority to enforce obedience to their rules, orders, and judgments.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 38 of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
