AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3(m)
of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition
and 1966 Supplement), title "Elections," subtitle "Supervisors
of Elections and Employees," to raise the salaries of the members
of the Board of Election Supervisors in Garrett County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 3(m) of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition and 1966 Supplement), title "Elections," sub-
title "Supervisors of Elections and Employees," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 24 of
Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replace-
ment Volume), title "County Commissioners," subtitle "General
Provisions," to change the requirements in Allegany County for
publication of statements of receipts and expenditures of the
county and to require an itemized statement to be available for
public examination in the office of the county commissioners.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 24 of Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1966 Replacement Volume), title "County Commissioners," subtitle
"General Provisions", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
