the county in which he may be arrested or into which he may be
first brought.

124.

Any person who shall enter upon the land or premises of any
other person, whether such person be the owner or lessee of said
land or premises, and wilfully act in a disorderly manner by making
loud and unseemly noises, or by profanely cursing or swearing or
using obscene language or acting in any other disorderly manner
while thereon, shall upon conviction thereof be sentenced to pay a
fine of not less than one dollar and not more than twenty-five dol-
lars, and the costs of the prosecution; and the several justices of
the peace of this State shall have concurrent jurisdiction over such
offense with the circuit courts for their respective counties; and
when said fine and costs are not paid, the parties so convicted shall
be committed to the county jail for a term not exceeding thirty
days or until discharged in due course of law; provided, however,
that the provisions of this section shall only apply to Allegany, Caro-
line County, Charles County, Frederick County, Harford County,
Howard County, Montgomery County, Prince George's County, St.
Mary's County, Carroll County, Queen Anne's County, Washington
County, Worcester County, Talbot County, Wicomico County, Dor-
chester County and Kent County; provided that in Worcester County
this section shall also apply to beaches adjacent to residential
riparian property, and provided further that no bonfires shall be
built nor allowed to burn on any beach or other property in Wor-
cester County between the hours of 1:00 o'clock A.M. and 5:00
o'clock A.M.

264.

(a) Whenever any money, currency or cash shall be seized or
captured by any police officer in Baltimore City, Allegany, Anne
Arundel, Calvert, Carroll, Cecil, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent,
St. Mary's, Washington and Wicomico counties in connection with
any arrest for the playing or operation of any bookmaking, betting
and wagering on horses or athletic events, or
any lottery, game, table,
or gaming device unlawful under the provisions of this article, all
such money, currency or cash shall be deemed prima facie to be
contraband of law as a gambling device or as a part of a gambling
operation. No such money, currency or cash shall be returned to any
person claiming the same, or to any other person, except in the
manner hereinafter in this section provided.

452.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to place or cause
to be placed upon any property of the State, county, city or town, or
upon any property in which said person or persons have no right,
title, interest, or estate, any political poster, placard, picture, sign,
transparency, or advertisement. Any person or persons so doing
shall, upon conviction thereof, before a justice of the peace, be fined
not more than $50 nor less than $10 and costs. Provided, however,
that the requirements of this section shall apply to Allegany, Carroll,
Charles, Harford, Worcester, Howard, Anne Arundel, Washington,
Prince George's, Wicomico and Baltimore counties only.
