and/or account of every sale of tobacco for or on the account of the
grower or person for whom sale was made, a statement showing
the weight, price per pound and number of hogshead or basket or
other container for each and every hogshead or basket or other con-
tainer so sold.
(d) Every person, firm or corporation, engaged regularly in the
business of selling leaf tobacco on or through any established tobacco
market in Maryland either for the account of the grower, owner or
other principal, or for his, its or their own account, shall keep a
correct account, in a form prescribed by the State Tobacco Authority,
of the total pounds of leaf tobacco sold daily by such person, firm or
corporation, and shall report monthly the number of pounds sold of
Maryland grown tobacco and the number of pounds grown outside
of Maryland, and said report verified by oath shall, on or before the
fifth day of the succeeding month, be delivered to the executive offi-
cer of the State Tobacco Authority.
(e) Every person, firm or corporation engaged regularly in the
business of selling leaf tobacco and who must supply reports to the
growers of tobacco or to the State Tobacco Authority, as above pro-
vided, shall retain such records in good condition for a period of
three years following the end of the calendar year in which such
records were prepared.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

CHAPTER 491
(Senate Bill 384)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 225 and
226 of Article 16 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Re-
placement Volume), title "Chancery," subtitle "Minors' Recoveries
in Tort," amending the laws concerning the recovery of monies for
minors because of a claim action or judgment in tort, in order to
provide that the petition for withdrawal of any such money for a
minor may be filed in the original court action in which the money
was recovered or in a court of equity.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 225 and 226 of Article 16 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume), title "Chancery," subtitle
"Minors' Recoveries in Tort," be and they are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
225.
The banking or savings and loan institution, or national banking
association shall not thereafter allow the withdrawal of any of the
money except upon the order of a circuit court [of equity], unless
it be to pay the money to the minor upon the minor's attainment of
his twenty-first birthday or to pay the money to the executor or
