SEC. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, THAT WHEN
THE STATE YOUTH BOARD HAS MADE ITS REPORT TO THE
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 1967 AS PROVIDED HEREINABOVE
IN THIS ACT, THIS ACT SHALL BE REPEALED WITH NO
FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED BY THE GENERAL ASSEM-
BLY OF MARYLAND, AND THE STATE YOUTH BOARD
HEREIN CREATED SHALL BE ABOLISHED. AT THAT TIME
ANY PAPERS, BOOKS, OR PROPERTIES IN THE CUSTODY
AND POSSESSION OF THE STATE YOUTH BOARD SHALL
BE TRANSFERRED TO THE CUSTODY AND POSSESSION OF
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS, FOR DISPOSITION. ALSO
AT THAT TIME, ANY FUNDS OR CREDITS TO THE ACCOUNT
OF THE STATE YOUTH BOARD ON THE BOOKS AND
ACCOUNTS OF THIS STATE OR OF ANY AGENCY OR DE-
PARTMENT OF THIS STATE SHALL REVERT TO AND BE A
PART OF THE GENERAL FUNDS OF THE STATE.
Sec. 2. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 120, 122
(e), 123 (a), 126 (a) and (b), 129 (a) and (b), 136 and 137 of
Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition
and 1964 Replacement Volume), title "State Roads", subtitle
"Bridge, Tunnel and Motorway Revenue Bonds", authorizing
among other toll facilities which may be constructed, the construc-
tion of a toll bridge across the Chesapeake Bay generally parallel
to the existing Chesapeake Bay Bridge and amending the law
relating to the application and use of revenue derived from tolls
to provide funds for paying the cost of replacements, renewals and
improvements, and relating generally to toll facilities, excluding
the John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway, in the State.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 120, 122 (e), 123 (a), 126 (a) and (b), 129 (a) and
(b), 136 and 137 of Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition and 1964 Replacement Volume), title "State Roads",
subtitle "Bridge, Tunnel and Motorway Revenue Bonds", be and
are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
120. Constructing and financing bridges, tunnels and motorways.
In order to remove the present handicaps and hazards on the con-
gested highways in the State, to facilitate vehicular traffic between
the different sections of the State, to promote the agricultural and
industrial development of the State, and to provide for the construc-
tion of modern transportation facilities embodying practical safety
devices, the State Roads Commission is hereby authorized and em-
powered to construct, maintain, repair and operate bridges, tunnels
