THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CHARLES COUNTY
ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED TO INCLUDE
IN THE TAX LEVY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JULY 1, 1966, AND ANNUALLY THEREAFTER A SUM EQUAL
TO THE AMOUNT PRODUCED BY A TEN CENT ($.10) EIGHT
CENT ($.08) LEVY ON THE ASSESSABLE BASE OF THE
COUNTY TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES OF THE BOARD, TO
PAY THE SALARY OF THE DIRECTOR, TO PURCHASE LAND,
TO CONSTRUCT IMPROVEMENTS AND DEFRAY EXPENSES
FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF PARK AND RECREATION
AREAS UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE BOARD AND FOR
THE SUPPORT OF THE PARK AND RECREATIONAL PRO-
GRAMS. NOT LESS THAN 60% OF THE MONEY SO PROVIDED
SHALL BE USED FOR CAPITAL EXPENDITURES, FOR LAND
ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to add new Sections 2 (a) (6a) and 2 (a) (63a) to Article
66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title
"Motor Vehicles", subtitle "In General"; to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, Sections 2 (a) (10), 2 (a) (27), 2 (a) (41), 2
(A) (49A),49, 61 (a) (1) and 61 (b) (2) of the said Article of the
Code (1957 Edition and 1965 Supplement), subtitles respectively
"In General", and "Administration—Registration—Titling"; to
repeal Section 81 (z) of the said Article of the Code (1965 Supple-
ment), subtitle "Administration—Registration—Titling", and to
enact a new Section 81 (z) in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of
the section repealed; to define commercial trailers and trailer
dealers under the motor vehicle laws and to change other related
definitions under the laws, to provide for the effect of transfer of
trailers from manufacturers and between dealers, to prescribe
requirements for licensing as trailer dealers and for the use of
trailer dealer registration plates, to fix the fees for trailer dealer
registration plates, to correct errors therein, and to relate gener-
ally to trailer dealers in the State.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 2 (a) (6a) and 2 (a) (63a) be and they are
hereby added to Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Motor Vehicles", subtitle "In General"; that
