Department of Inspections and Permits for Prince George's County,
and shall pay to the Treasurer for Prince George's County for said
license one hundred dollars ($100) per year.

(b)    Application; hearing. Before any license shall be granted
under the provisions of this section, application shall be made in
writing to the said [Board of County Commissioners], Department
of Inspections and Permits
and a notice of said application, or appli-
cations, giving the name or names, of the applicant or applicants,
the location and nature of the proposed business or enterprise in
each instance and notifying all persons to file protests or appear
before the said [Board] Department on or before a day to be named
therein, shall be published at the expense of the applicant or appli-
cants in a newspaper of general circulation within Prince George's
County at least two weeks prior to the granting of any license
hereunder. It shall be lawful for any licensee under this section to
permit dancing until 2 A.M. of each and every day.

(c)    Revocation. The said [Board of County Commissioners]
Department of Inspections and Permits for Prince George's County
shall have the power to grant or reject any application for a li-
cense under the provisions of this section, and shall also have the
power, after notice and a hearing, to revoke any license granted
hereunder; but if any license is revoked, a refund shall be given for
the unused portion of said license.

(d)    Proceeds. All licenses shall expire on July 1 each year. The
proceeds from said licenses shall be paid to the Treasurer for Prince
George's County on behalf of the
County Commissioners of said
county to be used for general county purposes.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 458
(House Bill 736)

AN ACT to add new Section 9B to Article 25 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1965 Supplement), title "County Commissioners,"
subtitle "General Provisions," to follow immediately after Section
9A thereof, to authorize the County Commissioners of Calvert
County to acquire real or leasehold property for public use, to
erect buildings thereon, to lease, to sell any county owned property
subject to sealed bids requested therefor and to specify the manner
and details of such sale, and to make the provisions of this Act
relating to sale of county property applicable to property on which
any facility is located to which the county contributes annual ap-
propriations of a certain amount.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 9B be and it is hereby added to Article 25 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supplement), title "County Com-
missioners," subtitle "General Provisions," to follow immediately
after Section 9A thereof, and to read as follows:
