Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 11B (d) be and it is hereby added to Article 27 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supplement), title and sub-
title "Crimes and Punishments," subheading "Assault on Police," to
follow immediately after Section 11B (c) thereof, and to read as
follows:
11B.
(d) The Municipal Court of Baltimore City shall have concurrent
jurisdiction with the Criminal Court of Baltimore City to try persons
charged with this offense.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

(House Bill 933)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 109 (a)
(44) of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965
Supplement), title "Courts," subtitle "Municipal Court of Balti-
more City," correcting a technical error in phraseology therein.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 109 (a) (44) of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1965 Supplement), title "Courts," subtitle "Municipal
Court of Baltimore City," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
109.
(a) Said court shall have jurisdiction to hear, try and determine
the case of every person who may be charged with the commission,
in the City of Baltimore, of any one or more of the offenses herein-
after set forth. All references to "Maryland Code" are to the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition). All references to "City
€ode" are to Flack's Baltimore City Code (1950 Edition). All refer-
ences to "Charter" are to Flack's Charter and Public Local Laws of
Baltimore City (1949 Edition). All references are to such statutes
as amended prior to June 1, 1961, and as said statutes may be hereby
or hereafter amended, repealed and re-enacted, modified or changed.
(44) Larceny after trust under Maryland Code, Article 27, Sec-
tion 346 and under Section 353, in the latter instance only where
the value of the goods or things converted [is less than] does not
exceed five hundred dollars.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.
