Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That as of June 1, 1966, the
Manager and Assistant Manager of the Unsatisfied Claim and Judg-
ment Fund Board, if they have been in this position for at least
six months prior to June 1, 1966, shall become the Manager and
Assistant Manager as provided for under this Act. Thereafter they
shall be subject to the provisions of this Act as they shall be amended
from time to time.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

(House Bill 900)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 169 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Washington County (1957 Edi-
tion, being Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Washington County," subtitle "County Commission-
ers," to increase the salary of the County Commissioners and the
President of the Board of County Commissioners in Washington
County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 169 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Washington
County (1957 Edition, being Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Washington County," subtitle "County
Commissioners," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
169.
Each County Commissioner of Washington County elected in
November 1954, or thereafter, shall receive for his services an annual
salary of [Three] Four Thousand Dollars [($3,000.00)] ($h,-
000.00), payable in monthly installments, and the Commissioner
elected President of the Board shall receive an additional $500.00
per annum. A Commissioner shall receive no other compensation
whatsoever for his services, including those rendered pursuant to Sec-
tion 242 of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951
Edition).
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the provisions of this Act
shall not be construed to extend or apply to the County Commissioners
of Washington County in office on the effective date of this Act, but
the provisions of this Act shall take effect with the next term of
office.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.
