firm or association if he has been requested by the property owner,
his tenant, or his agent to remove the vehicle from the premises.
Upon failure to promptly remove the vehicle, if so requested, the
person driving or in charge of the vehicle shall be guilty of a mis-
demeanor and subject to a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars
($25.00).
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 645S of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supplement),
title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "II. Venue, Procedure and
Sentence," subheading "Employment of Prisoners," making avail-
able in Washington County all of the provisions regarding employ-
ment of persons convicted of a crime when prescribed by the judge
imposing sentence.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland.
That Section 645S of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1965 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "II.
Venue, Procedure and Sentence," subheading "Employment of Pris-
oners," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
645S.
The provisions of this subtitle apply in Baltimore City and in all
counties except Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, Caroline, Dor-
chester, Harford, Montgomery, Somerset [, Washington,] and Wi-
comico Counties.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 6(d) of
Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement
Volume), title "Justices of the Peace," subtitle "Civil Jurisdiction,"
and to add new Section 6(q) to said Article and subtitle of the Code,
to follow immediately after Section 6(p) thereof, to increase the
civil jurisdiction of trial magistrates of Washington County; and
clarifying the provisions thereof.
