(11B) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (11) of this
section, in Charles County, for purposes of county taxation only,
and over a five year period beginning on July 1, 1966, as of the be-
ginning of the five year period, farm implements as now taxed shall
be exempted in increasing amounts in equal ratios for each of the
five years until at the end of the five year period, and thereafter,
such implements are entirely exempt.
(23A) A tax exemption as is provided in subsection (23) of this
section shall be mandatory in Charles County for purposes of county
taxation only, and over a five year period beginning on July 1, 1966,
as of the beginning of the five year period, such tools, implements,
machinery, manufacturing apparatus or engines as now taxed for
county purposes shall be exempted in increasing amounts in equal
ratios for each of the five years, until at the end of the five year
period, and thereafter, such shall be entirely exempt.
(408B) For purposes of county taxation only in Charles County,
and over a five year period beginning on July 1, 1966, as of the
beginning of the five year period, livestock as now taxed shall be
exempted in increasing amounts in equal ratios for each of the five
years, until at the end of the five year period, and thereafter, such
livestock shall be entirely exempt.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 127 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County (1961 Edi-
tion, being Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Worcester County," subtitle "County Commission-
ers," as last amended by Chapter 150 of the Acts of 1959; and to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 315 of said Code
and title, subtitle "Roads," to change the compensation of the
County Commissioners and the County Roads Board of Worcester
County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 127 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester
County (1961 Edition, being Article 24 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Worcester County," subtitle "County Com-
missioners," as last amended by Chapter 150 of the Acts of 1959,
and Section 315 of said Code and title, subtitle "Roads," be and they
are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and all to
read as follows:

At the General Election to be held on the first Tuesday after the
first Monday in November, 1962, and every fourth year thereafter,
