Local Laws of Worcester County (1961 Edition and 1965 Supple-
ment) , being Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Worcester County", to follow immediately after Section
135C thereof, and to be under the new subtitle "County Flag and
Seal", provides for an official flag and an official seal for Worcester
County and describing and characterizing the flag and seal.
Whereas, A flag for Worcester County has been designed by Mr.

the best historic knowledge available; and
Whereas, A copy of the old official seal of Worcester County has
been found in the Hall of Records and, together with the flag, has
been presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Worcester
County; and
Whereas, It is desirable to preserve in the local laws of Worcester
County a description of these valuable designs, to protect and pre-
serve for future generations the rich heritage and traditions of this
old historic county; now, therefore,
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 135D and 135E be and they are hereby added to

after Section 135C thereof, and to be under the new subtitle "County
Flag and Seal", and to read as follows:
