CHAPTER 276
(Senate Bill 247)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2 (v) of
Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", subtitle "Definitions", amending and
clarifying the alcoholic beverages law applicable to Prince George's
County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 2 (v) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1965 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", subtitle "Defini-
tions", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

2.

(v) [In Prince George's County.—"Taxpayer" shall mean a resi-
dent who pays either real estate tax, income tax, or both.] In Prince
George's County, "taxpayer" means a resident who pays either real
estate tax, income tax, or both.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

Approved April 29, 1966.

CHAPTER 277
(Senate Bill 514)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 377A of
Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Queen Anne's County", subtitle "Roads Board",
as added by Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1966; to correct errors in
the language of the act giving general powers to the Roads Board
of Queen Anne's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 377A of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County", subtitle
"Roads Board", as added by Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1966, be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

377A.

Anything in this subtitle or in law to the contrary notwithstanding,
the County Roads Board shall have full power and authority in every
respect over the public roads, bridges, [draws] drains, water courses,
public landings, disposal areas, culverts, [fences] ferries and curbing
and guttering in the county, including the power of condemnation
now or hereafter available to the County Commissioners of Queen
Anne's County, Maryland, under any public general or public local
laws, including the power to make all rules and regulations necessary
