(f) The members of the Commission shall not receive any re-
muneration other than reimbursement for their necessary expenses
incident to conduct of the Commission's business.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 189
(House Bill 82)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 255(w)
of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supple-
ment), title "Testamentary Law," subtitle "Orphans' Court," to
change the manner in which the judges of the Orphans' Court for
Howard County are paid.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 255(w) of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1965 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law," subtitle "Orphans'
Court," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

255.

(w) From and after January 1, 1967, the salary of the judges
of the Orphans' Court for Howard County shall be twelve hundred
dollars ($1200) per year, to be paid [quarterly] monthly.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

Approved April 14, 1966.

CHAPTER 190
(House Bill 92)

AN ACT to add a new Section 33 to Article 30 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1965 Supplement), title "Deaf,
Mute, or Blind," subtitle "Miscellaneous," to follow immediately
after Section 32 thereof, making it lawful for a blind person to
take a dog guide into certain public places, making it unlawful for
any person to prohibit, hinder, or interfere with this right, and
relating generally to the taking of a dog guide by a blind person
into certain public places AND TO REPEAL SECTION 20A OF
ARTICLE 27 OF THE SAID CODE (1965 SUPPLEMENT),
TITLE "CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS," SUBTITLE "BLIND
PERSONS," REPEALING A PARTIALLY DUPLICATING LAW
CONCERNING PLACES OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS
BEING OPENED TO BLIND PERSONS AND DOG GUIDES.
