Appropriations are to be disbursed by the Treas-
ury Department to the University of Mary-
land School of Medicine, on transmittal from
the State Scholarship Board, in accordance
with regulations prescribed by said Board and
the provisions of Article 77, Section 284J, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edi-
tion and the 1965 Cumulative Supplement.
This appropriation is contingent upon the
school's complying with the provisions of
Article 85A, Section 16 of the 1957 Annotated
Code.
