This appropriation is contingent upon the in-
stitute's complying with the provisions of
Article 85A, Section 16, of the 1957 Anno-

13.07.00.12 College of Notre Dame of Maryland

In return for the allowance, College of Notre
Dame of Maryland, shall furnish scholarships
as provided by Article 77, Section 265A, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edi-
tion and 1965 Cumulative Supplement. This
appropriation is contingent upon the college's
complying with the provisions of Article 85A,
Section 16, of the 1957 Annotated Code.

General Fund Appropriation........................          63,800

13.07.00.13 Loyola College

In return for the allowance, Loyola College shall
furnish scholarships as provided by Article
77, Section 265B, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1957 Edition and the 1965 Cumula-
tive Supplement. This appropriation is con-
tingent upon the college's complying with the
provisions of Article 85A, Section 16, of the
1957 Annotated Code.

13.07.00.14 Mount Saint Agnes College

In return for the allowance, Mount Saint Agnes
College, shall furnish scholarships as provided
by Article 77, Section 265C, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition and the 1965
Cumulative Supplement. This appropriation
is contingent upon the college's complying
with the provisions of Article 85A, Section 16,
of the 1957 Annotated Code.
