AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 19 (M) (2) OF THIS ARTICLE
which shall entitle the holder to sell at one or more locations within
its said park. Such licenses and the licensees thereunder shall be
subject to all laws, rules and regulations applicable in Worcester
County to the sale of alcoholic beverages not inconsistent with the
provisions of this subsection. All of said licensees shall purchase all
liquors and wines from the Liquor Control Board for Worcester
County.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby de-
clared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety and having been
passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the
members elected to each of the two houses of the General Assembly,
the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

(Senate Bill 538)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 23 (c)
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles County (1965 Edition,
being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Charles County", subtitle "Charles County Governmental
Study Commission", and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 2 of Chapter 591 of the Acts of 1965, to change the time
of the report of the Charles County Governmental Study Commis-
sion and to increase the term of the existence of the Act creating
such Commission.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 23 (c) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles
County (1965 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Charles County", subtitle "Charles County
Governmental Study Commission", be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, and that Section 2 of Chapter 591 of
the Acts of 1965, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, all to read as follows:

(c) The Commission is directed to report to the County Commis-
sioners, to the State Senator, the members of the House of Delegates
and the people of Charles County on or before December 15, [1965]
1966. Such report shall be in writing and shall include its detailed
findings, recommendations and a draft of any suggested changes or
instrument of government together with such other pertinent mat-
ters as the Commission deems necessary or appropriate.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall expire auto-
matically on June 1, [1966] 1967, without further action on the part
of the General Assembly and shall be null and void after said date.
