(f) Delegate Subdistrict No. 5 for Baltimore County is composed
of the same area described in Section 46(f) of this article for
Senatorial Subdistrict No. 13E; and it shall elect four Delegates.

(g) Delegate Subdistrict No. 6 for Baltimore County is composed
of the same area described in Section 46(g) of this Article for
Senatorial Subdistrict No. 13F; and it shall elect three Delegates.

(h) Delegate Subdistrict No. 7 for Baltimore County is composed
of that area described in Section 46(h) of this article for Senatorial
Subdistrict No. 13G; and it shall elect three Delegates.

(i) All election districts referred to in this section are to the
boundaries of their districts as they existed on January 1, 1966.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby de-
clared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health and safety and having been passed
by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members
elected to each of the two houses of the General Assembly, the same
shall take effect from the date of its passage,

AN ACT TO ADD NEW SECTIONS 46 AND 47 TO ARTICLE 40
OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1965 RE-
placement volume), title "general assembly,"
to Follow immediately after section 45 thereof,

AND TO BE UNDER RESPECTIVELY THE NEW SUBTITLES
"SUB-DISTRICTS FOR THE SENATE" AND "SUBDISTRICTS
FOR THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES," MODIFYING THE PRO-
VISIONS OF SECTION 42E (A-1) OF SAID ARTICLE 40 AS EN-
ACTED BY CHAPTER 2 OF THE ACTS OF THE SPECIAL
SESSION OF OCTOBER 11, 1965, WITH RESPECT TO THE
ELECTION OF DELEGATES FROM PRINCE GEORGE'S
COUNTY; AND MAKING PROVISIONS FOR CERTAIN LEG-
ISLATIVE DISTRICTS IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY FOR
THE ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF DELE-
GATES AND SENATORS THEREFROM.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 27 22 be added to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Prince George's County (1963 Edition) being also Article 17 of

AN ACT to add Section 27-22 to the Code of Public Local Laws of

Prince George's County (1963 Edition) being also Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's
County," subtitle "Election Districts," said new section to be

headed "Legislative Districts" to describe those areas from which
members elected to the House of Delegates of Maryland shall be

elected and to provide that Senators elected to the Senate of

Maryland shall run at large within Prince George's County.
